There are two parts in this, first is the one-time setup of the CSS in your Blogger Template (See how to apply CSS to your Blogger Blog) and the last one is to create the HTML markup for the columns of paragraphs, and set the required configurations like how much space you want a column to take, like 1/4, 2/4 etc. and that also includes adding the text you want in each column.
